I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and offer a gorgeous view, but they have a dated look and feel. The banquet facility can get noisy with drunk adults at times. The small step-out balcony provided a lovely valley view with folding Plantation shutter doors.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had a strong smell of old cologne and were quite noisy, but the lobby area was nice. The service was a bit off-putting with strict fridge rules, but the staff assisted a mother and her daughter. The location was in an industrial area but offered great views.

The hotel has a breathtaking view of the mountains from the rooms, but they felt a bit outdated compared to modern hotels. The balcony offers a lovely perspective of the valley, and the ceiling-to-floor view is beautiful despite the aging feel. The hotel's air conditioning system outside can be a minor disturbance.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms offer a beautiful view of the mountains, but they could use an update to match more modern standards. The step-out balcony with a valley view through folding Plantation shutter doors is a nice touch, although the overall feel is slightly dated. The small balcony adds a charming element to the room.
Service
9.0
The staff is hard-working, responsive, and accommodating. They were friendly and willing to assist with any needs, even providing extra blankets for comfort. The services provided, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, airport shuttle, valet parking, and happy hour, enhance the overall guest experience.
Location
8.0
The location is fantastic, especially for those planning to explore beyond Los Angeles Metro. While the area is residential and could benefit from brighter lighting, it's ideal for attending events like dog shows. The hotel sits atop a hill, offering stunning views of the San Gabriel Valley at dusk from the wedding gazebo.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience may lack creativity and variety, with a repetitive menu starting at 11 am. For those enjoying the included homemade pizza, the culinary offerings might feel monotonous. Breakfast could use more diversity to cater to varying preferences.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel boasts a large convention center-style meeting rooms and caters to various events. While the facilities are well-equipped, some areas may need improvement to match the overall quality expected by guests.
